What to Expect

The most important aspect of any Mental Health Treatment is the relationship that is developed between you and your therapist. I pride myself on working with you and your family to develop a working therapeutic relationship that targets goals that are important to you and explaining the process in a friendly and client centered way.

The first session will revolve around gathering a psycho-social history and developing a plan with your input that will have maximum benefit and achieve the results you desire. Ongoing counseling will focus on learning skills and processing life's challenges to improve functioning and satisfaction in relationships and with yourself.
